Farris Care Services has started an Urban Explorers program with groups for both NDIS and Aged care participants.
Our goal is to support participants to increase participation in social interactions, explore new activities of interest and decrease social isolation whilst providing safe community access where participants will have opportunities to share, learn & engage in new experiences.
Join us on an adventure exploring Melbournes top attractions, including Museums, Nature reserves, Art galleries, aquariums, and Parks. Through this group, we are aiming to create a safe and supportive space for all of our clients to reach their goals.
Support workers are welcome to come along should participants require extra support whilst out in the community.
