Support Coordination is a Capacity Building Support that can help you understand and use your plan to pursue your goals, connect you with NDIS supports, community, mainstream and other services.
Support Coordination is available to help participants navigate the NDIS so that you are able to get the most out of your funding.
Our experienced Support Coordination staff can act on behalf of the participant to implement your plan, contact organisations, community groups and services to research your options, build on your capacity to self-advocate so you can make an informed decisions about which services you would like to purchase with your NDIS funding.
