Support At Home (SAH) packages are in-home care services that are funded (either in part or in full) by the Australian Government (My Aged Care) to help you live in the comfort of your own home while receiving care.
Support At Home (SAH levels 1 and 2) are designed to support people who have basic level care needs. Basic level needs can include standard daily tasks including:
- Personal care.
- Domestic assistance.
- Social support.
- Meal preparation.
- Shopping.
- Transport.
